Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Galimberti, I was welcomed by friendly and accommodating staff, a hallmark of quality that stood out. The thoughtful touch of finding an extra pillow on my bed after I initially raised my head with a blanket was a nice surprise that highlighted their attention to detail. As a marine biologist with an appreciation for culinary innovation, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s dining experience. I savored an exquisite breakfast that featured really delicious coffee, setting the tone for a day of exploration. The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the culinary offerings nicely, creating a relaxed environment. While I ventured out to nearby culinary spots like the delightful Ebi Sushi and the inviting Gelateria Torinese, the on-site bar, Il Complice, became a favorite retreat to unwind after a day of activities. Galimberti offers a charming blend of atmosphere and gastronomy, perfect for food enthusiasts seeking a unique getaway. I encourage fellow travelers to experience it firsthand.
